Return & Refund Policy

At Hayaora, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following details carefully. 

Refunds 

We thoroughly inspect all products before dispatch to maintain high standards. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it, subject to these conditions: 

  • The item must be in its original, re-sellable condition. 
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact. 
  • Sale items are non-refundable.


Important:
 If the returned item is found to have damage caused by the customer (such as stains, marks, or odors from makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc.), it will be deemed non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for covering the delivery cost to have the item returned to them.

Hijab and Hijab Under Cap Returns & Exchanges 

Due to hygiene reasons, hijabs and hijab under caps are non-refundable 

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for these items. 

Return Process 

  1. Initiate the Return: To begin the return process, reach out to us at contact@hayaora.com. 
  1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed by Hayaora. 
  1. Tracking: Keep a tracking number for your return. Hayaora is not liable for lost returns. 
  1. Packaging: Securely pack items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.


Tip:
If canceling an order, refuse the delivery upon arrival to avoid return shipping costs. If you accept the delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping. 

Damaged or Faulty Items 

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at contact@hayaora.com for assistance. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure protection during shipping. 


Return Shipping & Refunds
 

  • Return Shipping: Customers bear the return shipping costs. 
  • Lost Returns: Use a tracked return method. Hayaora is not responsible for lost returns and will not issue refunds for them. 
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the return. During busy periods or Ramadan, this may take up to 21 days. 
  • Promotions: If free items were received as part of a promotion, they must be returned to receive a full refund. If items from a promotional order are returned, the promotion no longer applies, and the refund will reflect the adjusted total. 


Non-Refundable Items
 

The following items are non-refundable: 

  • Sale or discounted items. 
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer (e.g., stains, perfume, makeup marks). 
  • Items returned without a valid tracking number or lost in transit.
