Shipping Timeframes 

  • Domestic (UK) Shipping: We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 5 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery times will depend on the selected shipping method, and once shipped, your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. 
  • International Shipping: For international orders, we aim to ship within 15 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the selected shipping carrier. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. 

 

Processing and Dispatch 

  • Orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 
  • We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. 

 

Shipping Costs 

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method. 
  • For UK orders, we offer standard and expedited shipping options. 
  • International shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and delivery preferences. 

 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available) so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. 

 

Important Notes 

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect address information. 
  • Customs duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon arrival in your country. 
  • Hayaora is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
